The landscape is changing far faster than mostĀ could possibly have imagined. The challenge of rising costs, pressure on prices and slimmer margins mean that a new business model is needed to drive incremental profitability.

We believe a new business model exisits but has yet to be embraced. The big question will be, who will take the first mover advantage? The Retailers? The Brands? The operators? Someone else?
